Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At CS Gaming Hub, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for tournament registrations and other paid services offered through our platform.

By using our services and making payments, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Tournament Registration Refunds

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds for tournament registrations may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation by CS Gaming Hub: If a tournament is canceled by CS Gaming Hub for any reason, all registration fees will be refunded in full.
  • Substantial Tournament Changes: If CS Gaming Hub makes substantial changes to a tournament's format, prize pool, or schedule after registration, you may be eligible for a full refund if requested within 48 hours of the announcement of such changes.
  • Early Cancellation by Participant: If you cancel your registration at least 7 days before the tournament start date, you may receive a partial refund (see Section 2.2).

2.2 Refund Amounts

Refund amounts are determined as follows:

  • Cancellation by CS Gaming Hub: 100% refund
  • Substantial Tournament Changes: 100% refund if requested within 48 hours
  • Participant Cancellation (7+ days before tournament): 70% refund
  • Participant Cancellation (3-6 days before tournament): 40% refund
  • Participant Cancellation (0-2 days before tournament): No refund

2.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • No-shows or failure to participate in a tournament for which you registered
  • Disqualification due to rule violations, misconduct, or cheating
  • Technical issues on your end (e.g., internet connection problems, hardware failures)
  • Cancellation requests made after the tournament has begun

3. Other Services Refunds

3.1 Premium Memberships

For premium membership subscriptions:

  • Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial months.
  • Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a prorated basis if canceled within the first 14 days of purchase.
  • No refunds will be issued for annual subscriptions after the first 14 days.

3.2 Coaching Services

For coaching services:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
  • If a coach fails to attend a scheduled session, you will receive a full refund or a free rescheduled session.

3.3 Digital Products

For digital products (e.g., guides, training materials):

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered.
  • If you have not downloaded or accessed the digital product, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
  • If a digital product is substantially not as described, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your CS Gaming Hub account
  2. Navigate to "My Purchases" or "Transaction History"
  3. Find the relevant transaction and select "Request Refund"
  4. Complete the refund request form, providing all required information

Alternatively, you can email refunds@csgaminghub.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and username
  • Date of purchase
  • Transaction ID or order number
  • Reason for requesting a refund
  • Any supporting documentation or evidence (if applicable)

4.2 Refund Processing Time

We will process all valid refund requests within the following timeframes:

  • Request review and approval: 1-3 business days
  • Refund processing after approval: 5-10 business days

The actual time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

4.3 Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
  • Bank Transfer: Refunded to the originating bank account
  • Cryptocurrency: Refunded to the originating wallet address

In some cases, we may issue refunds as CS Gaming Hub credit if the original payment method is no longer available or if requested by the customer.

5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

5.1 Technical Issues

If a tournament or service is significantly impacted by technical issues on our end, we may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • Full or partial refund
  • Credit toward future tournaments or services
  • Rescheduling of the affected tournament or service

5.2 Extenuating Circumstances

In cases of serious extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), we may make exceptions to our standard refund policy. Such exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis and may require documentation.

5.3 Promotional Offers and Discounts

Services purchased with promotional offers, discounts, or as part of a bundle may be subject to different refund terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe your refund request has been incorrectly denied or if you have any other concerns about our Refund Policy, please contact our Customer Support team at support@csgaminghub.com.

If we cannot resolve your concern through our customer support channels, disputes may be submitted to arbitration in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

7. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review this Refund Policy periodically for any changes.
